The next day, we put an offer on house #2. It was accepted and we closed yesterday. Holly also gave us great references for homeowners insurance and a mortgage broker. She even gave us some great advice on places to go and where to eat. Holly kept in touch with us throughout the month-long process to closing, so we always knew what was going on and what to expect next.
